Key Skill & Knowledge Profile
Good understanding of  PLM concepts such as release management, change management, multiple BOMs, etc
Solid experience in Windchill/PDMLink configuration and customization including CAD Workers.
Ability to quickly classify customer requirements into configuration and customization areas
Good knowledge of Windchill Data Model
Programming Knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, and HTML
Basic knowledge of any database (Oracle, SQL server)
Ability to create reports using the query builder
Setup and upgrade development environments
Configuration and customizations of CAD applications like CREO, NX
Exposure to Thingworx desired
Exposure to Restful Web Services desired

Key Responsibilities :
Analyze & understand existing Customer customizations
Prepare high-level design diagrams from the given client requirements and develop/demo POC’s.
To provide technical guidance and mentor junior software engineers
Explore to newer modules/functionalities in Windchill and demonstrate capabilities to customers for implementation.

Profile of the Job Holder
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electronics or Computer Engineering stream
5 to 7 Years of relevant work experience with at least one major implementation
Highly motivated & self-initiator with good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Hungry to learn newer technologies
Mentor junior team members

Education
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Computers, Electronics
PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
